The school then communicates with its stakeholders (newsletter or other method) informing them of the review and their ability to provide feedback to the school via internet, either from a home computer or one made available to them at the school.

The review system allows stakeholders to comment firstly on the content of the policy, and secondly on their experience of the school's implementation of the policy.

The quantitative feedback is automatically collated and represented to the principal in histogram form, separately showing feedback from your school's stakeholders, and from all stakeholders nationally (all SchoolDocs schools conduct the same policy review at that time).
